Matin Mehdi is PinPoint's co-founder and CTO. He leads the creation and development of its product and technology systems from concept through use.
A citizen photographs the problem as it is, with no long form or technical category to choose. AI analyses the image and identifies the issue and its severity. The report reaches the map safely: public coordinates are imprecise, faces and number plates are protected, and every status change stays visible. PinPoint operates nationwide on Android. Citizens use the mobile app; authorised staff use the secure web portal.
